As Wilfried likes to say, he was "born in France but grew up Entrepreneur." His unconventional career path reflects this sentiment. After submitting just one resume and landing his first role as a Project Manager, he quickly took a bold leap into entrepreneurship. In 2010, he founded Mailjet and relocated to London (UK) to begin an extraordinary journey.

Over the next nine years, Wilfried led Mailjet through the exhilarating highs and inevitable challenges of scaling a VC-backed startup. Mailjet raised over 17M$ and grew to serve over 100,000 customers worldwide, opening offices across the globe and solidifying its position as a market leader in email solutions. In 2019, Wilfried achieved a milestone many entrepreneurs dream of: a successful, multi-million-dollar exit.

Today, Wilfried continues to thrive as an entrepreneur, pursuing self-financed ventures. However, when it comes to building the "next big thing", his approach has evolved — he now enjoys the role of a silent partner, contributing his wealth of experience and strategic insight to promising ventures while stepping back from the intensity of day-to-day operations.

In his quest to expand his impact, Wilfried co-founded Baroque Partners, a collective of like-minded collaborators with diverse skills and experiences. Together, they provide startups and ventures with a significant competitive edge, combining their expertise to maximize the potential for success.

Entrepreneurship is more than a career for Wilfried—it’s a way of life. His passion for innovation, growth, and building extraordinary things continues to drive him daily. This passion extends beyond business: he also founded the French Tech Community in Sofia, Bulgaria—an NGO backed by the French government—where he now resides, fostering innovation and collaboration in the tech ecosystem.
